1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between x99 (x99.world) and all its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the x99 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

X99 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Our services operate lawfully, and we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

In these terms, "we", "our", or "x99" refers to the x99.world platform and its operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

2 Account Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with x99. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• If multiple accounts are found under the same person, both accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• A valid email address or mobile number is required to register.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• X99 may request you to complete the identity verification (KYC) process at any time.

X99 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application. x99 may close or suspend any account at any time without providing a reason.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

X99 supports multiple deposit methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 BDT.

X99 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction if suspicious activity or fraud is detected. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — direct transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on x99, please read the specific rules for the relevant sport. Separate rules apply to each Sports Betting and gaming section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is cancelled before it starts, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change due to delays in live betting — x99 will apply the last confirmed odds.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• X99 reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

X99's decision on payout determination is final. Any dispute regarding bet results must be raised with the support team within 72 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

X99 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the Promotions Page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds generally require 5–10x wagering before they can be withdrawn.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is proven, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x99 and will result in serious action if violated:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering with a false or fabricated identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt to hack it.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Bonus hunting or exploiting system loopholes for unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Spreading false information or attempting to damage x99's reputation.

In the event of any of the above violations, x99 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit any deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary — all without prior notice.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there are any pending bets or transactions at the time of your request, your account will be closed once those are settled.

• X99 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account found to be in violation of these terms.
• Under Responsible Betting, you have the option to temporarily suspend your account via Self-Exclusion.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Any remaining balance after account closure will be returned per the applicable policy, unless forfeiture has been decided due to a violation.

8 Responsible Betting

X99 believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We take the mental and financial well-being of every user seriously.

• You can set your own betting limits (daily / weekly / monthly) at any time.
• You can temporarily lock your account for a set period whenever you feel the need.
• For permanent Self-Exclusion, contact our support team — the process is fully confidential.
• X99's services are not available to anyone under the age of 18.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the x99 platform — logos, designs, analytics, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of x99. Copying, distributing, or using any of it commercially without permission is strictly prohibited.

Users may read and use x99's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any third-party content featured on the platform remains the property of its respective owners.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with x99, please contact our support team first. We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

• Disputes must be reported within 72 hours of the incident.
• X99's investigation and decision process may take 7–14 business days to complete.
• X99's decision is final in all disputes regarding bet outcomes.

All legal matters relating to these terms shall be governed by the rules of x99's licensing authority.

11 Changes to Terms

X99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notification.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may request to close your account.
